custom designed contemporary rugs
Almost any shape, or size, rug can be made. My custom designed, hand tufted rugs retail between $100-$125 per square foot, plus shipping.
To begin the commissioning process:
* Indicate the size and shape rug you are interested in.
* Send any fabric samples, paint chips, etc. to help determine the colors of the rug.
* Send pictures of the room where the rug will be placed, including information on the location of the rug, furniture in the room and architectural details that might be incorporated into the design. Indicate specific designs on my website that you especially like.
* Include a $200 non-refundable deposit which will be credited toward the total cost of the rug.
* Please don't forget your phone number and the best times to call, so we can discuss your project.
You will receive three scale drawings rendered in color, along with yarn samples to help coordinate with the decor in your room. Any color changes in the design should be made at this point. Following design and yarn color approval, and a 60% deposit, I will begin building the rug. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled. Fabrication time varies.
